1. RV and RV Site:
- The RV Site is for use by the Occupant and its guests only.
- RV Unit cannot be rented out by the Occupant for use by others except with prior permission from the Park owner.
- RV Unit must be portable and remain portable at all times.
- RV Unit shall at all times be roadworthy, licensed, and insured as required by applicable laws.
- Park roads will be cleared of snow when required in the winter.
- The Occupant is responsible at its sole and own cost for winterizing its RV Unit.
2. Park Conduct/Quiet Hours:
- Park quiet hours are 7:00 am-10:00 pm daily.
- Disorderly conduct is not tolerated in the park for the safety and comfort of our guests. The owners reserve the right to remove occupants from the premises if they are found engaging in any of the following: loud music, excessive noise, unruly behavior drunkenness, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive, or vulgar behavior.
- All radios, television sets, stereos, phonographs, etc. must be turned down to an appropriate level that does not bother other guests or otherwise interfere with their stay.
- The Occupant shall control, monitor, and be responsible for any of its guests and permitted pets to ensure the peace and privacy of other guests.
- Occupants, guests, and other people and bodies not complying with these Policies will be first asked to comply with these policies and then removed from the park if they cannot adhere to them.
3. Alcohol/Drugs:
- Alcohol is only permitted on designated sites and at the Occupant's discretion.
- Excessive alcohol consumption or belligerent behavior is not tolerated.
- Underage drinking and/or illegal drug use are not permitted for any reason.
4. Off-highway vehicles (ie: dirt bikes, all-terrain vehicles, mini-bikes, quads, and side-by-sides):
- Not allowed for the safety of guests and Occupants.
5. Septic System:
- Only human waste and toilet paper are suitable for the septic system. Occupants will not put other materials such as food, hygiene products, or other unsuitable materials into the septic system.
- For the Park sewer system to operate properly, wastewater tanks in the RV Unit shall only be discharged into the Sites’ sewer system when they are full.

7. Site Improvements:
- No improvements to the Site shall be made without first obtaining the Park owner’s prior approval.
- Fences are not allowed.
- Hot tubs are not allowed.
8. Tidy Site:
- Sites are not to be used for storage or anything creating an eyesore as determined by the Park owner.
- The Occupant is responsible at its own cost for keeping its Site neat, tidy, and clean, grass trimmed, weeds removed, and the exterior of its RV Unit and permitted Site Improvements in good repair. Failing to do so will result in the park cleaning up the Site at the Occupant's cost.
- Only furniture and accessories suitable for one RV Unit as determined by the Park owner are permitted on a Site.
9. Vehicles:
- Occupants and their guests shall only drive their vehicles on designated roads, trails, and parking areas.
- Only two vehicles are allowed per Site.
- Non-operative vehicles are not permitted and may be removed by the Park owner at the Occupant's expense.
- Disassembly, building, rebuilding, or repairing of any vehicle or vehicle parts is not allowed.
10. Permitted Pets Only:
- The Occupant must have the prior consent of the Park owner to bring a pet into the Park.
- The Occupant shall dispose of all pet waste promptly and properly in their household garbage.
- If pet waste is not disposed of promptly and properly in their household garbage the Occupant may be charged $100.00 per violation.
- Pets shall not make noises that disturb others.
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and not be left unattended.
- All pets must have current vaccinations and licenses to stay at the resort.
- The Park owner has the unfettered right to refuse entry into the Park and ban any pet from the Park at any time for any reason.
11. Potable Water:
- Potable water provided in the Park and on the Sites is for household use only
- Washing of RV Units or vehicles is not allowed.
12. Garbage:
- A dumpster is provided for normal household garbage generated in the Park.
- All garbage must be disposed of in the dumpster and the lids kept closed when not in use.
- Littering is not allowed.
- No garbage shall be left outside an RV Unit.
13. Posted Signs:
- The Occupant and its guests shall obey all posted signs at all times.
14. Open Fires:
- Not allowed except in designated fire pits on your Site.
15. Exterior Clothes Lines:
- Not allowed for the safety of guests.
16. Tents:
- Not allowed except with the prior approval of the Park owner
17. Occupant Guests:
- The Occupant shall ensure that it and its guests do not disturb the quiet enjoyment of anyone using the Park
- The Park owner reserves the right to limit or refuse entry of guests, visitors, or other people the Occupant wants at its Site for any reason. The Park Owner further reserves the right to refuse entry to unsuitable guests, as well as the right to impose a curfew on all Occupant guests
18. Firearms/Fireworks:
- No firearms or fireworks are allowed at any time.
19. Tree Removal
- No dead or alive trees shall be removed except with the Park owner's consent.
20. Children:
- It is the responsibility of all parents and/or guardians to ensure their children play safely in the park.
